Mr. Jack Bolen, age 60, resident of Saraland, AL, passed away at his home on Monday, November 17, 2014. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Ezell Bolen, Sr. Mr. Bolen is survived by his son, Adam Bolen (Robin), mother Catherine Bolen Trott (Jack), sisters Barbara Cook (Richard), Christine Grace (Larry, Sr.), brother Tom Bolen, Jr. (Marilyn) and grandson Brenden Bolen. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home Saraland on Thursday, November 20, 2014 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Don Campbell officiating. Pallbearers will be Joe Woodyard, John 'Bubba" Vaughn, Doug Brooks, Larry Grace, Jr., Danny Havard and Alex Schrimpshire.
