Jacqueline Byrd Orso, of Satsuma, AL, passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 62. Born on May 6, 1962, Jacqueline Byrd Orso was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was married to her loving husband, Timothy Michael Orso Sr., for 44 years, a partnership grounded in love, respect, and cherished memories.
Jackie will be remembered for her deep love for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She also shared a special bond with her siblings, nieces, nephews, and extended family. Her loving presence will be missed by all who were fortunate to know her. As a career banker, Jackie was well-respected in her community, known for her dedication, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile to help others.
Above all, she loved spending time with her family. Whether playing with her grandchildren, watching her grandchildren play sports, or offering a listening ear, her warmth and generosity of spirit were felt by all who crossed her path.
Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Orangalena Skipper Byrd and Malcomb Paul Byrd. She is survived by her husband, Timothy Michael Orso Sr., her sons Michael (Tiffany) Orso Jr., and Kevin (Nicole) Orso, her grandchildren Avery, Wesley, Charlotte, Olivia, Ryleigh, Brody, Chatom, and Ella, her sisters Beverly (Terry) Rives, Joy (Terry) Latham, Patricia (Jimmy) Morgan, and her brother, Jerry (Debbie) Byrd, and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation and Service will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland, Alabama information are as followed: Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 10am followed by the Funeral Service at 11am. Burial will proceed directly after the funeral service at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Saraland.
