Mr. James P. Lomax – a resident of Satsuma, was born on August 8, 1922 and died May 13, 2011. He was preceded in death by his first wife Cheri Lomax, his second wife Lillian Lomax, and his son, James “Pat” Lomax Jr. He is survived by two sons, Michael (Martha) Lomax, and Doyle (Andrea) Lomax; a step-son Dan Brown; five grandchildren, Michael (Andi) Lomax, Lyndsey (Justin) Spradlin, Matthew (Emily) Lomax, Adrienne (Mark) Carlisle, and Chris Brown; nine great-grandchildren, special friends Gene and Sandra Holcomb; and a special niece Janice (Frank) Whatley. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, May 16, 2011 from the First Baptist Church of Satsuma. The family will receive friends from 1 P.M. until 2 P.M. on Monday at the church. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
