Jerry Jefferson "Jeff" Lewis, Jr. - a native of Saraland, AL and current resident of Semmes, AL passed away at home on March 23, 2016, at the age of 53, After graduation, Jeff worked in the medical field for many years. He was a member of Semmes First Baptist Church. Survivors include his daughter, Jessica Marie Lewis of Mobile, AL; his mother, Marie Tolbert (Carl) of Saraland, AL; father, Jerry J. Lewis, Sr. of Phenix City, AL; two sisters, Sondra Lee-Williams (Perry) of Phenix City, AL and Lynn Lewis Castle (Tim) of Tampa, FL; one step-sister, Pamela Tolbert Labruzzo (Vincent) of Mobile, AL; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 1 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. The family will receive friends at the funeral home beginning at 12 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
