Lynda Darlene Hyer, born on October 21, 1952 in Mobile, Alabama, passed away unexpectedly on September 28, 2025 at the age of 72. She was a resident of Daphne, Alabama and raised in Chickasaw, Alabama.
Lynda was preceded in death by her parents; Melvin L. Hyer Jr., and Dorothy G. Hyer, brothers;Ronald (Ronnie) M. Hyer and Richard(Ricky) R. Hyer, sister; Pamela Anne Hyer Akridge, and grandparents; Melvin L and Patience Hyer.
She is survived by her sister and brother in law; Colleen and Butch Kennedy, and other nieces, nephews and family that will miss her deeply.
Those who knew Lynda remember her as a carefree soul with a heart full of love. Her smile could light up a room. Though she will be deeply missed, her friends and family take comfort knowing she is now rejoicing with those she loved that went before her, together again in peace.
Jubilee Baptist Church will be holding a memorial for Lynda on October 19, 2025 at 3pm, located at 9264 Pleasant Rd. Daphne, AL 36526.
