Marie Voncille Cale Greene, age 83, of Chunchula, Alabama passed away on Monday, December 12, 2022. She was born in Chunchula, Alabama on January 10, 1939 to the late Arthur Alexander and Cecilia Venolia Glasscock Cale.
Marie was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband; George Henry Greene, and one sister; Anna Jean Kastorff.
Left to cherish Marie's beautiful memories will be her four children: George C. Greene, Sr., Cindy Ignacio, Deborah Charlene Coley, Ellen Boltz, two sisters: Mamie Levern Cale, Mary Ruth Griffith, twelve grandchildren, thirty-three great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren, many extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.
Honoring Marie as pallbearers will be Clay Greene, Jr., Joey Greene, Lance Dixon, Gabriel Andrews, Cameron Andrews, Michael Andrews, Wesley Andrews, Gavin Kittrell, Joshua Dillard. Honorary pallbearers will be Aydin Greene, Brisyn McKinney, Ryker Kendrick, Jaxin Kendrick, Malachi Dixon, and Spencer Dixon.
A visitation for Marie will be held Thursday, December 15, 2022 from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM at Chunchula Baptist Church, 11104 Roberts Road, Chunchula, AL 36521.
Interment will immediately follow on the grounds of Turnerville Cemetery.
