Mary Luckie Wheat, Born January 26, 1930 a longtime resident of Satsuma, AL passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John P. Wheat, parents: Early James Luckie and Illa Belle Luckie, and her brothers and sisters.

Mary is survived by daughters, Sandra Wright (Tim) of Marble, North Carolina, and Angela Walley (Gary) of Creola, AL, and son-in-love Glenn Crawford of Satsuma, AL.

Mary was a devoted, loving Maw Maw to her four grandsons, John Howell (Amanda), Clayton Walley (Kari), Wesley Wright (Holly), and Chase Walley (Jessica), nine great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Monday, November 4th from 12:00 – 1:00, followed by funeral services at 1:00 in the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Services will be conducted by Dr. Ron Wilson (Mary’s nephew of Tuscaloosa, AL). Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery on Celeste Road in Saraland.

Her Grandsons will be her pallbearers John Howell, Clayton Walley, Wesley Wright, Chase Walley, Ryland Howell and Charles Walley
