Mrs. Patricia McAdams Davidson – a native of Columbus, MS, raised in Prichard, AL, died Wednesday, December 7, 2011 in a local hospital. Mrs. Davidson was a 1958 graduate of Vigor High School and a member of Central Church of Christ in Saraland. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Amos McAdams and Hattie Mae Evans McAdams; and one brother, James Donald McAdams. She is survived by her husband, Lamar L. Davidson; three daughters, Lee Ann Davidson, Kelley Mae (Steve) McVay, and Amber Lynn (Steve) Schneider; one brother, Douglas Evans McAdams; seven grandchildren, James McAdams West, Jordan Davidson West, Emily Anne McVay, Connor Davidson McVay, Brittany Nicole Schneider, Carrie Lynn Schneider, and Holly Beth Schneider; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was a lovely woman with a servant heart and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. on Saturday, December 10, 2011 from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home, Saraland. The family will receive friends from 9 A.M. until 11 A.M. on Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of the South, 5644 Girby Road, Mobile, AL 36693. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
