MSgt. Paul Daniel “Joe” Willard, U.S.A.F. Ret. – age 75, passed away at a local hospital on Monday, August 27, 2012. Mr. Willard, a Vietnam veteran, retired from the United States Air Force with the rank of Master Sergeant after 22 years of service. He was preceded in death by his mother, Cleffie McDuffie; son, Ricky Joe Willard; and father and step-mother, Herlon J. and Ettabell Corley Willard. Mr. Willard is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Patsy Powell Willard; children, Danny Paul Willard (Margie), Randy Wayne Willard (Yvonne), and Tonya Willard Vaught (Brian); 12 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Saturday, September 1, 2012, at 2 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the service hour.
