Richard Francis Lowery

Richard Francis “Ricky” Lowery, age 69, of Semmes, Alabama, passed away peacefully in his sleep on June 17, 2020. Ricky was an avid fisherman and gardener. He loved to grow his flowers, fruits, and vegetables.

Ricky was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Louise Lowery.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 32 years, Donna Lowery; two daughters, Tanya Lambert (Doug) and Heather Grissett (Robert); a son, Richard Lee Lowery; six grandchildren, Tyler Miller, Katelyn Herring, Lexi Herring, Destiny Lambert, Noah Grissett, and Natalie Grissett; three brothers, Charles Edward Lowery, David Lowery (Ronnie), and Raymond Lowery; two sisters, Linda Pierce (Don) and Esther Trehern (Randolph); and many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

A visitation for Richard will be held Monday, June 22, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, Alabama 36571. A celebration of life will occur Monday at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Powell Cemetery, Semmes, Alabama.

Serving as pallbearers are Richard Lowery, Clofford Lowery, Heath Baxter, Doug Lambert, Robert Grissett and Tyler Miller.
