Theresa Bauer

Thursday, April 11, 2024, Theresa Bauer, loving daughter, sister, and aunt passed away at the age of 64. She was known as “Ressie” by all. Ressie was born May 31, 1959 in Waynesboro, MS to Harold “Buddy” and Alfretta Dyess. She attended Satsuma High School. She loved working in her yard growing flowers along with caring for her cats. She was self-employed as a beautician and owned a house cleaning business.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Tonja Dyess and father, Harold “Buddy” Dyess.

She is survived by her mother, Alfretta Dyess; sisters, Angie Dyess Bolton (Jonathan) and Alesha Dyess Boykin (Kelly); nieces, Heather Washburne (Mark), Cristie Pate, Candace Odom (Jeremiah) and Beth Downs (Justin), along with multiple grandnieces and great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 2 pm from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 pm prior to services.
