Travis E. Lowe

Travis E. Lowe – an 80 year-old native of Reform, AL and a resident of Satsuma passed away at his home on Sunday, September 17, 2017. Mr. Lowe was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Alabama Power Company as an accounting manager after more than 40 years of service. He was a longtime member of the First Baptist Church of Satsuma where he served as a deacon. Mr. Lowe was the “ultimate” family man.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 58 years, Mary Ann Lowe, and brother, Belton “Hayes” Lowe. Mr. Lowe is survived by his son DeWayne Lowe (Brandi); grandchildren, Haleigh J. Lowe, Nicholas D. Lowe, and Brynn G. Lowe; sisters, Mavis Walker (Harmon) and Luvenia Spotswood (Ron); brothers, Jerry Lowe (Ruby) and Willie Lowe (Lou); many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 20, from 6-8 p.m. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
