Thank you Aunt Ginny for all the fond memories growing up with you and  Uncle Tommy.  I will always love you.

Aunt Ginny was my mother's youngest sister. I loved seeing her and Uncle Tommy when they visited my grandmother's in Maine, when we were also vacationing there. The summer I was 10 Danny stayed on to visit and I took him to the beach every day.   One of my most delightful childhood memories was of Aunt Ginny eating a lot of ears of corn on the cob at dinner at my grandmother's in Maine - I think a dozen ears but that could be a family myth. 
Dave, Merrill and I  visited Ginny, Tommy and Sylvia in AL  and loved seeing them, in later years, when they came to Florida with their RV.  Ginny  often told me how she loved helping older people through her church. 
When we visited last in 2017 she was articulate and had perfect hearing. She was patient and kind; we went to dinner at a rather noisy restaurant and she never complained. She was interested in the work I did as a pastor and hospice chaplain. The service she provided was also important. We will miss seeing her again but rejoice that Aunt Ginny is with Uncle Tommy and one of the cloud of witnesses encouraging us to run the race ahead of us. Our condolences go to Sylvia and Bobby and to all who loved Aunt Ginny.

Ginny came to our family when I was a child, all the way from Moody, Maine . She was sweet, funny and loving and fit into our southern family like a glove. She'll be sorely missed. Sylvia and Bobby were wonderful caretakers. Love you both. Betty and Gene Lott
