For all of the suffering Bill endured throughout his life Bill had a kind and fun side that shined through, sometimes at the most unexpected times. He loved his girls more than life itself and shared his worries and joy over them with me many times. It's those heartwarming memories of him that have stayed with me and always will. For those who loved him, I know your heart hurts. Take comfort in knowing he is at peace.

Daddy Bill was such a special man and was loved by all.  He will truly be missed.  I wish I and Darry could be with you and help share  or take some of the sorrow for you.  Darry has a pinched nerve and has surgery Tuesday, July 17 at 1:00 p.m.  He will be in the hospital at least over night.  I cannot leave him.  We should be home Wednesday and I would really love to see you.  If you can please come by.  We live at 1570 Brockton Lane East.  This is off Cody Road going toward Schillinger Road.  I hope you understand.  I was so glad to hear from you and have really enjoyed the cards you have sent through the years.  You seem to have a wonderful family Sam.  You deserve it.  Your daddy or our Daddy Bill was such a help to everyone and such a handy man to have around.  I remember cooking fried green tomatoes and him making his Mexican cornbread.  We had such wonderful times.  He could always make us laugh and bring a smile to your face.  I know how very much he meant to you-----and to us all.  Much love to you little girl as a use to say.  Remember we will always have those wonderful memories  of such fun and crazy days.

Kristy y'all are in my thoughts and prayers. You may not physically have him with you anymore but you will always have precious memories of him.
