William L. “Willie” Hartley – a native and resident of Satsuma, AL died Monday, April 18, 2011 in a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude and Shellie Hartley; and brother, Carroll Hartley. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Hartley; daughter, Lesa Hartley, and loving granddaughter, Hannah Elaine Hartley, Satsuma, AL; son, Charles “Sammy” (Brenda) Hartley, Eight Mile, AL, and grandchildren, Charles Hartley, Jr., Kansas and Shiral Hartley, West Virginia; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Roy (Jean) Hartley, Elberton, GA, Neil (Annette) Hartley, Semmes, AL and Kenneth Hartley, Mobile, AL; sisters, Judy (Dickey) Callen, Satsuma, AL, Mary (Richard) Fye, Grand Bay, AL and Elaine (James) Moore, Satsuma, AL; sister-in-law, Edith Hartley, Summerdale, AL; many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Graveside services and interment will be Wednesday, April 20, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
