Mr. William E. Howell Jr. a native of Mobile, AL and a resident of Satsuma, AL died on Saturday November 7, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Howell was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in the Korean War, was the Chief of Police for the City of Prichard, and was a deputy sheriff for the Mobile County Sheriffs office. He is survived by his wife of 63 years Faye M. Howell, two sons William Michael Howell, and Richard (Debbie) Howell, sister Annie (Ellis) Sumrall, four grandchildren Melissa (Christopher) Shook, Mandy (Ronnie) Ramiscal Jr., Richard Paul Howell, and Brooke Howell Jones, two great grandchildren Bryce A. Tuberville, and Ronnie F. Ramiscal III, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Wednesday November 11, 2015 at 11AM. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 9-11AM. Interment will be in Pine Crest Cemetery.
