Denise Lynn Laemmel Johnson, 60, of Sarasota passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. She was born on December 27, 1953 in Sarasota, Florida to Odice James Hendry and Patricia Louise McFarland Laemmel. Denise was a loving person, who enjoyed children and animals. She is survived by her devoted sons, Jason Fisher, Matt Brown and Chris Brown (Kaori); mother , Pat Laemmel; brother, Shane; sister, Debbie; grandchildren, Mao Brown and Kaira Brown; a host of nieces and nephews, other loving family members, and a circle of good friends. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, December 21 at 2 PM at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home, Sarasota. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Denise’s name to Tidwell Hospice of Sarasota. Denise will be forever loved and deeply missed.
