Diane was born November 2, 1957 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Calvin and Mavis Agar. She was the third eldest born of eight children. Her father, Calvin proudly served our country in The United States Army in The Korean Conflict (War). Her mother, Mavis raised all eight children with love and were brought up in the Christian faith.
In 1976, Diane married Herbert Dinger in Elko, Nevada. Together they had two children, Elizabeth and John before moving to Priest River, Idaho in 1980. Diane was most at home living on her farm in the country where she peacefully raised farm animals and tended to her gardens.
When her children were younger she loved to vacation to Wyoming and Montana. Her favorite places were Yellowstone and Glacier. She ensured her children were raised with a foundation in Faith and were confirmed Lutherans. She was a true and loving Mother.
She moved to Florida in 2005, to join her daughter, Elizabeth and grandson Giovanni. She enjoyed walking the beaches of Siesta Key and Casey Key Beach. One of her most important commitments was her faith in the Lord. She attended services at Faith Lutheran Church. Before retiring she worked in the Nursing field and provided the utmost compassionate care to her patients.
Her uniqueness was different and one of a kind. Her charm and smile would enlighten any given moment. She had a heart of gold. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and loved her role as Nan. Diane’s love and protection over her children was safe keeping.
Diane joins her father Calvin and sister Kimberly and is survived by Herbert Dinger, her mother Mavis Agar; her brothers Shane, William and Micheal; her sisters Julie, Patricia and Janna; her children Elizabeth and John; and her grandchildren Trenton, Giovanni, Ryan and Asher.
At the request of her family, a private service will be held.
