Gene, I am so blessed to have Kim as my daughter in law. God answered my prayers. Thank you for being such a great father and raising such an amazing daughter.  Ever since I first met you and Cindy you have brought joy in our family. May your soul Rest In Peace.

What an incredible guy you were. Living with Allison gave me my best friend and also a second family.  When you came to see her, I was always invited along as if I was another one of your daughters. I even went on family vacations with you. You cracked jokes and were always interested in me and my life.  The consolation to our loss is Mama Morrone’s gain. I am so happy that you two will be reunited and as your body is whole again, she won’t have to make sure you don’t eat too many sweets :) I’ll take care of Allie for you. Promise.

My heart goes out to the entire family! I wish I could hug you all and comfort you in this difficult time!  When I think of my childhood, the Morrrone's are a HUGE part of it.  Mr. Morrone was like a Dad to me.  Kim and I were laughing about our memories last night.  I remember all of the gymnastics meets, the carpool days, the Friday night pizza nights and the nights Mr. Morrone forgot about gym pick up!  There are few memories that I have that don't include the Morrone family - and I would not want it any other way!  I feel blessed and fortunate to have been able to spend so much time with Mr. Morrone.  I will miss him dearly but am glad he was surrounded by his girls when he peacefully passed.  I know Gene and Cindy are re-united and I am sure Gene is already getting in trouble with Cindy.  I am sending love and hugs to all of you!  XOXOXO Kim Edson  

I’m so saddened to hear of your loss. Gene was such a big part of my childhood and family gatherings. I most remember playing football, watching the eagles, and his positive energy and laughs. He will be missed and much love and prayers to the family and all impacted. 

Cindy Carver is my sister and told me about Genes passing.  I remember gatherings at Cindy and Rich's house when we would all get together. (so many years ago)    Gene was always one of my favorite people.    I am so sorry for your loss.    Diane Peterson
