Horace Eugene "Gene" Hand, 84, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on May 10, 2013.
He was born on Jan 16, 1929, in Anniston, AL.
Gene served in the Air Force during the Korean War.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 54 years, Jacquelyn "Jackie". Gene is survived by his children, Sheri Nees (Mike), Barrett Hand (Priscilla) and John Hand (Amy); 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
