Jeffrey L Jensen

Jeff was born in Berlin, Wisconsin to Alfred and Nila Jensen on February 18th, 1959 and grew up in Fond du Lac, WI. He went to high school at Goodrich and graduated in 1977. Shortly after graduating he met Chantal Rasmussen and they married on October 20th, 1979. Together they have 4 kids. Jeff and Chantal built a beautiful life together which included moving to Sarasota, FL in 1989. Jeff worked for 20+ years at Lakeshore Village and went on to own and operate a local business. He enjoyed playing tennis and golf, listening to music, being in nature, and spending time with his family including his 8 grandchildren.

Jeff was deeply loved and will be missed by his wife of 44 years, Chantal; his children: Natasha Ahles (Justin), Heather Knoerr (Eric), Tara Schreiber (Cass), and Colin (Hannah Hart); his grandchildren: Lela, Dakota, Rylan, Nila, Willow, Adam, Austin, and Jake; his sister in-law Micky; his brothers Gary (Debbie) and David (Renee); and so many more. He is preceded in death by his parents Alfred and Nila Jensen and his brother Bruce.

A celebration of life is being planned for the Fall. If you feel called, donations can be made in his memory to The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (theaftd.org) in the hopes for continued research and education around this disease.
