Dear Mrs. Scalisi,Paul& David,
I wanted to say that your dad was  very proud of his wife and sons. He was a great mentor when I was manager of the boat club. My prayers are with you.

Dear Joanne,
             Kathy and I were so very sorry to hear of Jack's passing.
As you know we were fortunate to have known both of you socially at first and then I had the great pleasure of working with Jack for many, many years.
So many memories. Something I will always remember is his response to 
How you doing today Jack. His response every time was... better than good.
This made everyone feel better,because if Jack was better than good ,,we all had to feel at least pretty good.
Paul and David..I'm sure you know how very very proud of you both your father was and how he loved you and your mother.
He will be missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have known him.
We are sincerely sorry for your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Joanne and family -so terribly sorry to hear of Jack's passing. He was a good friend and a good man. The MBC has lost a beloved figure -what fun we all had and what wonderful memories.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing of Jack. I worked with him in the sales department at Brewster Wallcoverings. He was a dynamic sales person and co worker. He would always come in the office with a smile and with repect for everyone. He would always light up when he would talk about his sons and wife. I remember him asking me about pearls to buy for his wife Joanne for a present. I beleive Mikimoto, He would listen to me, then come in and say she loved them, good job kid!!! He was very thoughtful, he would always leave me with notes to help out with his customers when going on vacation. Just to be  certain, that they were taken care of , while he was gone. I still use the lovely lace linens that he would bring ne back as a Thank You for helping him out. He was a great role model in our company as a person,father and husband. Glad to have know him.

Dear Mrs Scalisi, Paul, David, and Family.
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of Jack. I know that it has been a struggle for him and all of you because of the Parkinson's, but it is still difficult and sad news to hear and I offer my deep condolences. I would note that Sunday was Father's Day, the day of his passing.I was already especially reflective on that day because it coincided with with my father's birthday being on June 17th too. I guess our families have always been linked together for many years? Father's Day was also fitting because Jack was so proud of his family that he loved so deeply and was so devoted to in every possible way as a great husband, Father and a booster extraordinaire to all (even me). I can hear him saying to me now-- that I should end this note and know that the older guy and the younger guy along with their good friends, will be just fine because of the fact that he taught us well and put it all out there on the "field of life"--- and now, all of us can remember all of those lessons and simply be there for Mrs Scalisi.

So I send all my thoughts and prayers out to you all, especially Mrs Scalisi.  My love and respect for Jack was enormous. I was very lucky to have been around him all those years growing up in West Medford and the MBC. Happy memories for sure, filled with laughter and fun times, and some occasional wisdom only from Jack--use your bean--and his memory will always hold a special place in my heart.

Joanne, we were so saddened to hear of Jacks passing. He was a good friend and neighbor and a huge asset to the Medford Boat Club. He brought me onto the board as RC so many years ago and I'll never forget his support and guidance. He will be greatly missed by all.

My condolences. Jack was a good neighbor. He helped me out a few times when I was a young guy painting and  hanging wallpaper around the area. Times were tough back then. He got me a job offer from Brewster just after I left college which I nearly accepted. I am thankful and I will always remember his good heart.

Dear Mrs Scalisi, Paul & David- I'm so sorry to hear of your husbands/ dads passing.  I have very fond memories of him, growing up at the boat club.  Today is my fathers second anniversary of his passing.  I remember like it was yesterday, your father cracking jokes and my dad laughing with him.  Good times. mrs Scalisi, Paul & David- Very sorry to hear the news of Jacks passing. I have many fond memories of conversations with Jack at the Boat Club. He was always interested in hearing whatever happened to be on my mind at the time.....not all parents cared , took the timeto talk with the "young kids" or seemed as genuinely interested as Jack was. I always enjoyed my conversations with him especially hearing about stories from MHS and its various sports teams.He will be missed. You guys are in my thoughts at this difficult time
