Not much to say,  only a poem that I read that sums up our friendship.  It's called "Echoes of Our Laughter"

I had great memories with Cuti when he lived with us for a year. I was about 17, and he would drive me around and blasting the Juanes “Mala Gente”  and singing it together. He would also teach me how to punch and I still remember to this day that I need to use my whole body when I punch. I loved when he would call me “Planta”.  We had fun times and I thought he was so funny. I’ll always remember him laughing and having a good time! Rest in peace tio Cuti! ❤️ love Angie

Siempre lo recordaremos como la persona alegre y positiva, especialmente yo que cumplíamos años el mismo día, y el siempre me llamaba primero. 
Le encantaba y se reía cuando le decía, déjame pensar,. Un año cuando vivió con nosotros, celebramos nuestros cumpleaños y el de Max, el perrito, soplamos las velas juntos y Cuty cargó a Max para que vea su torta. Tantos recuerdos que siempre permanecerán en nuestros corazones, Cuty primito descansa en paz y con el amor de Dios. Love Noé

With a loss so great, there are simply no words to ease the pain. He will live in our memories and know that the ones we love remain beside us, now and always.

Mi querido primo hermano, mejor amigo de épocas hermosas, te voy a extrañar montones!

Es un hermoso recuerdo de nuestra infancia que Cuti me envío hace un par de años, la comparto por aquí, envío mis mas sentidas condolencias, mucha fuerza y muchos saludos a toda la familia de mi apreciado y recordado amigo Cuti, con todo mi cariño- Christian Astengo.

No hay mucho que puedo decir para expresar el sentido de perdida que tengo en este momento.  Justo (Cuty para muchos de nosotros) fue mi vecino.  Yo no se en que momento el entro a mi vida, ya que el siempre estuvo ahí desde que tengo uso de razón.  El fue el amigo más leal que yo pude haber tenido y la verdad es que si el podía hacer algo para ayudarme, él lo haría.  Cuando éramos adolescentes el me enseno una lección que siempre recuerdo y seguí durante mi vida.  La lección fue que no muestres lo que estás pensando y/o demuestres si algo te molesta.  He considerado esa lección tan importante que se la he ensenado a mi hijo.  La amistad de Cuty fue muy importante para mi y lo voy a extrañar mucho.  De alguna manera voy a tener que aprender a vivir en un mundo sin el.  Extrañare su risa, su sentido del humor y nuestras conversaciones cuando las teníamos.  Extrañare la llamada que recibía el 26 de diciembre y la llamada que yo hacia el 29 de diciembre.  Adiós mi hermano, siempre te querré.

There isn’t much I can say to express the loss that I am feeling at this time.  Justo (Cuty to a lot of us) was my neighbor and I don’t remember when I met him, as he was always there.  He was the most loyal friend I could have asked for.  There isn’t much he wouldn’t do for me.  When we were teenagers, he taught me an important lesson that I’ve tried to carry throughout my live.  Don’t ever let people see what you are thinking and don’t let them see if something bothers you.  I’ve considered this lesson so important that I’ve tried to teach it to my son.  Cuty’s friendship was very important to me, and I will miss him.  In some way, I will need to find a way to live in a world without him.  I will miss his laugh, his sense of humor, and our chats.  I will miss the phone call that I would receive on December 26 and the call that I’d make on December 29.  Goodbye my brother, I will always love you.

No tenemos una foto actual, pero tenemos decadas de ser amigos, de reirnos juntos, de mil ocurencias que terminaban en carcajadas.

Mi queridisimo Cuti, nos dejas con un gran vacio, con el shock de quien se fue muy pronto porque aun nos faltaba tiempo.

Te recordare siempre feliz y riendo. Tenias ese sexto sentido de aparecer cuando mas necesitaba una risa, eras una alegria siempre.

Me quedo con nuestra ultima charla, me quedo con el te quiero, me quedo con las risas, tus ocurrencias y carcajadas.
