Ken is survived by the love of his life, Claudine. Ken and Claudine met in high school and were married for 67 years. He knew they were lucky to have “grown up” together and grown old together.
He was a proud and loving father to his daughters, Carroll and Donna, who survive him. Ken had a special bond with his grandsons, Branden and Adam Christensen and loved attending their hockey games and just hanging out with them. He is also survived by grandsons, Philip, Kenneth, and Evans Sellin, his granddaughter in laws, Mandy and Reshma Christensen, and seven great-grandchildren, Ella, Magnus, Freya, Silas, Kasima, Mila, and Penelope.
Ken was a hard worker and worked as a production manager for a local TV station right out of high school, and moved to Michigan and worked in construction until buying rental properties that was a business he and Claudine worked on together. They later sold their properties and purchased a convenience store.
He loved to golf and moved to sunny Florida to enjoy more time on the links. He loved animals, was kind, and had a great sense of humor. He will be truly missed.
The family will have a private celebration of his life.
