Manuel was born in Holguin, Cuba on March 31, 1934. He was married to Ondina on December 14, 1963. Manuel had a career in business and real estate.
Manuel is survived by his sons, Manuel Borrego, Jr (Daniel) and Roy Borrego (Karen); grandchildren Kiersta (Kale), Anthony, and Kalla (Paul); great-grandchildren Elora, Kruz, Rory, and Nora; and sister Yolanda Ventura.
A visitation will be held on February 8, 2026, from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, located at 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL, 34232.
The committal service will follow at 12:00 pm at Palms Memorial Park.
