Dear family,
We were so sorry to hear that Mel passed away. He was a wonderful neighbor. I remember when he was walking around Whitemarsh Circle always stopping to say Hello. I also had conversation with him about his travel to France for work. Or when we talked about his palm trees not being trimmed.
He was always so polite and so smart.
Wishing you peace during this difficult time.
In Sympathy,
Monique and Jim Govostes

Mel was one of a kind. I could listen to his stories for hours. I told him he should write a book. The adventures that him and Barbara shared were amazing. There is no doubt that Mel loved his family, He spoke of them often, they were his world.
It was my privilege to care for him. My Joy to know him. He will be forever missed and never forgotten.

We are glad for you all that you were able to spend the time you did at the end of your dads life. We were lucky to have had him as a neighbor for so long. Our best. Sue and Ted
