She was born on November 2, 1935 in Kaiser, Arkansas to the late William J. and Edith R. Watkins.
Norma moved to the Sarasota area in 1973.
She is predeceased by her loving husband, Lee Wilson.
Survivors include her sons, Butch and Melisa of Balsam, NC and Brian and Kim Wilson of Sarasota; daughters, Pam Wilson of Sarasota and Kelly Jo Wilson Whaley and her husband, Larry of Sarasota; brother, Jack and Ester Watkins; sister, Lorita and Bob Melton; grandchildren, Lawrence Lee Whaley II, Samuel Dean Whaley, Daniel “Boone” Whaley and Aeroel Williams; great-granddaughter, Alexa Rose LaBelle; many loving family members and circle of good friends.
Visitation will be Saturday, January 31 from 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be Sunday, February 1 at 1 PM both at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home, Sarasota.
