Pasquale (Pat) D. Esposito, 89, of Sarasota, FL, formerly of Staten Island, NY died on June 3rd, 2025. Visitation will be Sunday, June 8th from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Robert Toale & Sons at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Avenue. Services will be Monday, June 9th at 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 7900 Bee Ridge Road, Sarasota, FL 34241. With internment at a later date in Staten Island, NY.
Pat is predeceased by his wife of more than 50-years, Patricia E. Esposito, his sister Carmella Barrion and his parents Felice and Antoinetta (Panico) Esposito.
Survivors include his daughter Andrea M. Esposito and son-in-law, Jean-Sebastien Sardo, of Brooklyn, NY.
Also surviving are step grandchildren, Désireé Sardo-Gonzalez and her husband, Nelson Gonzalez of Miami, FL and their daughter, Emily Rose Sardo-Gonzalez, and nephew and niece, Daniel & Theresa Barrion, of Bradenton FL and their son Nicholas and grandson Miles and, niece, Christina Barrion of Bradenton FL.
Pat proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, was a decorated New York City firefighter for many years; and later received his Associates Degree in Mortuary Sciences from the American Academy McAllister Institute (AAMI) and was a respected long standing Funeral Director in Staten Island, NY and later Sarasota, FL.
