He was born on May 13, 1935 in New York, New York.
Robert was a graduate of Bronx High School of Science, and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brooklyn Polytechnic University.
Robert married his wife, Barbara on April 14, 1962.
He had a career in manufacturing banquet equipment as President of the D.W. Haber & Son company.
Robert also had a passion for aviation and science.
Robert is survived by his wife, Barbara Haber; children, Ellen Walters, David Haber and Deborah Pritchard; and grandchildren, Leanna Krause, Julia Walters, Corey Walters, Rob Haber, Ryan Haber, Dylan Haber, Tanney and Evie Pritchard.
A graveside service for Robert will be held Sunday, April 27, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232.
