Robert graduated from Smithville High School in 1943. He also served with the Army Air Corps for three years during WWII.
He was owner of Allied Truck Sales in Canton OH and retired in 1983.
He was a member of several clubs including Angel Flight, Sahib Shrine, A.O.P.A., Veterans Assoc. and the American Legion.
Robert enjoyed flying, fishing, boating, hunting, golf and travel. He had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to entertain family and friends.
Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Lotz Lantz; parents, Monroe and Mary Amstutz Lantz; and nine siblings
He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl Kehlmier (David Stafford); grandson, Lantz Kehlmier (Lisa) and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm, at the Old Bag of Nails Restaurant, 24 North State Street, Westerville, OH 43081.
