He was born March 18, 1936 in Louisville to Dudley and Elizabeth Stuart (nee Sircy).
He volunteered with several organizations throughout his life and was a member of Calusa Lakes Golf Course. He is a Veteran of the United States Navy.
He is survived by his children, Cathy and Mandy.
