

92, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2012. She grew up and recieved her teaching degree in St. Louis, Missouri. she married John E. Salsman in 1942 and shortly thereafter moved to the Phoenix, Arixona, area. They had 3 children, but divorced after 17 years, with Annieta raising the children on her own. She worked for the Cartwright School District for 35 years, most of them being in Administration setting up the libraries. She was a professional student, going to school most of her life, earning 4 college degrees. She started travelling when her kids were grown, and photographed many continents and countries. She loved life and was in many clubs, educational and religious, among them Delta Kappa Gamma and IN-Joy at Arizona Community Church. She is survivied by her 2 daughters, Shirly ( Mark Herbert) Lisciarelli, Sharon (Gerald) Gibson and her son David Salsman, all of the Phoenix area, along with 6 granchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 12:00 noon, Friday, September 7, 2012, at Green Acres Chapel of Light, 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, Arizona, 85257. Memorial contributions may be made to the Beattitudes Campus of Care and Hospice of the Valley.
