Bert Russell Rot, 71, passed away on August 17, 2016 at his home in Phoenix, AZ. He was the widower of his wife Carol Sue Rot. They enjoyed 40 years of marriage together. Russ was born in Chicago, IL and moved to the Phoenix area shortly after, spending almost 70 years in the valley.
He was the son of Bert and Charlotte Rot. Russ is survived by his 3 sisters, 1 brother, his son and daughter, their spouses, and his 7 grandchildren.
Russ is best known for being a devout Christian and committed family man. He was a member of Camelback Bible Church for over 30 years where he served as an elder.
