She was born on June 3, 1945, in Cleveland, Ohio to her loving parents Max and Julia “Judy” Bondra. She was a retired Medical Records Supervisor at Honor Health (formerly Scottdale Memorial Hospital). She also spent many years at SRP in the Benefits Department, and St. Lukes hospital in Medical Records. Her real joy was art, creating many wonderful pieces throughout her life, especially in her later years. Her passion was her family, always putting them ahead of herself.
She is survived by her loving Husband of 50 years, Jim Bateman, Sons Wes (Christine) Bateman, Daren (Phaedra) Bateman, Stepdaughter Sherri Eichler, five Grandchildren that she absolutely adored, Max, Madison, Abby, Wyatt, and Krystal, along with Great Grandchildren James, Deanna, and Aggie.
A memorial service for Carol will be held Friday, July 5, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery, 401 North Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
Following the memorial service will be a graveside inurnment at 10:00 AM at Green Acres Cemetery.
