Carrie Lynn Brookstein, 65, passed peacefully on March 5, 2013, In Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born on September 24, 1947, in Clarksburg, West Virginia, to loving parents Louis Fedio and Phyllis Mustachio. She is preceded by her parents, husband Marvin Brookstein, and her sweet dog Gizmo. She is succeeded by sons Paul Morris and Eric Armstrong; brothers Louis Fedio Jr. and Joseph Fedio; grandchildren Marci Manius, Emily and Aaron Caulfield, Sophia Morris; and many great grandchildren. Memorial service is scheduled for 10:00AM, Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Church of the Ascension, 12615 N Fountain Hills Blvd, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268.
