He was born on March 30, 1957 in New York, New York and graduated from Great Neck South High School before attending Buffalo State University and Arizona State University. David married Nancy Weiner Silver on February 25, 1984 in Roslyn, New York. They divorced in 2018 but remained dear friends.
David had a career in the sales and publishing industry for over 30 years, primarily as an entrepreneur of The Creative Designer and over several years, AZ Big Media. He had a passion for his family, sports, and Maui.
He is survived by his children: Son, Jason Silver; Daughter, Brittany Silver; his former wife, Nancy Silver; Brother, Brad Silver and sister-in-law, Ilene Silver; Nephews, Jonathan & Michael Silver; Niece, Jena Asta Silver Ertel; and the Bleich & Schwartz families of New Jersey and New York.
A private Celebration of Life will be held on December 6, 2020 at 3:00 pm MST (Arizona) or 5:00 pm EST (New York) at Green Acres Mortuary & Cemetery in Scottsdale by invitation. All are welcome to join David's celebration via the Livestream link posted below.
