92, of Sun Lakes, Arizona passed away January 16th, 2015. He was born on February 20th, 1922 to Albert and Katherine Moody in Athens, Ohio. He served during World War II in the U.S. Navy and then met and married Joyce on June 21, 1947 who preceded him in death. He attended Arizona State University and graduated with an Ed. Specialist Degree. He was the Superintendent of Tolleson, Vista Del Mar and Creighton School Districts over nearly 40 years in education. Earl and Joyce’s son Joe also preceded them in death. Earl is survived by his son Greg Moody and grandson Alden Moody.
Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, January, 30th, 2015 in Green Acres Chapel of Light, located at 401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, www.hov.org/donate.
