Good morning Emily, I was just thinking about you today, I sure do miss you and your beautiful smile. You were such a beautiful person inside and out, you’ll forever be in my heart. I love you sweet angel.

I do not believe there will ever be enough time to make this feel real. To move forward in life and making new memories without you is something I will never be able to wrap my head around. 

You were such an amazing person and tremendously loved by so many. I wish you understood how incredibly amazing you truly were because I don't think you ever really did know it. From the beginning you were always the brightest light in the room. That never stopped. Your smile and laugh was infectious in the most wonderful of ways and anyone who was blessed enough to have met you immediately knew that not only were you special but they'd also never forget you. 

You loved life. You seemingly craved it and soaked it up as much as you could. Your beaming personality, your caring, loving, and adventurous soul was evident and on display with every one of your giggles and those amazing smiles. 

 I was always impressed by you Emilly. You were seemingly fearless and impressively confident in your abilities to crush anything you set out to do. I was so proud of you and I wish I would have told you that more often. Also, I wish I would have told you how great at being a mother you were. Jaxson and Milana were lucky to have you and I know they meant the world to you. 

Emilly we all lost so much when you left but it saddens and shocks me the most to think of how much you lost. As this chapter closes, moving forward life will never be the same. For the rest of my days I will be that simingly crazy man talking to himself all the while hopeful that you are listening. I had so much more to say to you and you had so much more life to live. In the end I hope you have found peace my sweet angel. Give Grandma and Pops a big hug and kiss for us.

Emilly loved having a little sister. I know this because it brought her so much joy to torment me as a child 😅. She would prank me, put my legs over my head and sit on me when she baby sat me, and convinced me that the girl from “The Ring” lived in our house. I was terrified for weeks because she never said just kidding. Fast forward to being adults, Em pushed me hard to believe in myself  because I never did. I applied for a job and requested under what I deserve because I was scared to seem “demanding”, she convinced me that she saw an ad for that job saying they were offering way more than what I requested. I then requested $5 more an hour and I got it. When I called to tell her the good news she confessed there was no ad and said “you need to stop underselling yourself” you are good at what you do and deserve to get paid accordingly. That’s the kind of sister she was. And I’ll hold onto that and remember the confidence she gave me forever ❤️

I can't put into words what a beautiful soul this world lost.  I remember moving here to Arizona from the east coast and moving into Alante you were the one that helped me out the most and made me feel comfortable being in a new place thousands of miles away from friends and family.  I remember when I first got Bella, and boy were you oh so excited for me to bring her to the office so you could meet her and you even told me to, "bring her up here anytime and I will dog sit because I just love animals."  And I almost took you up on that, but I knew if I did, you wouldn't get any work done. LOL.  But I brought her up there every chance I got just so you could say hi, but who am I kidding, Bella literally pulled me to the office if we even walked that way just to come see you. You had an infectious smile and lit up any room you walked into.  I was sad when you told me you would be leaving here and moving on to a different location because this location was changing management teams.  I lost a friend when you left, and was devastated to learn that you were no longer on this earth. I hope that whatever it was that you were hurting from is now gone and that you have found peace. Praying for your family and those sweet babies of yours.  You will be deeply missed. <3

Emilly was the perfect partner in crime when we worked together. Her wonderful sense of fun, and tremendous work ethic helped to create a great team. It’s so unbelievable that she’s no longer walking this earth. Wishing her precious children and family a life spared from further sorrow, and the strength to move forward. May her memory be a blessing. 

This girl was like a sister to me. I still have no words for this. Still feels unreal. I’m sorry this world failed such a beautiful person. You are a beautiful Angel now. I love you Emilly. 

Never a dull moment when we where together❤️

 My sweet Emilly, with two L's. Her smile and energy would light up any room. 
 Whenever she interacted with people, she always made them feel important. She was a leader, one who created a positive and fun atmosphere. One who was genuine with her connections. Emilly and I had a special kind of bond, we connected like we knew each other forever. She would always tell me we were soul sisters, destined to be in each others life. I definitely agreed. We just understood one another. We appreciated the quirky, random, weirdness we both had. Her smile, kind heart and beautiful soul is something this world desperately needed. Working up the courage to write this has been so difficult because it means I must now come to terms with something I've been trying to deny. However, in this sadness and hurt I cant help but know how blessed I am for the moments and memories I did get to share with her and for that I give thanks to God for allowing our paths to cross. 
I pray her soul is well and at peace with our Heavenly Father. I pray God comforts, protects and guides Milana and Jaxson as well as her family through this time of unimaginable loss.  
May we all find strength and healing from the eternal love of our Lord God. He is with us even through our darkest hours.

I love you Emilly and thank you for all you gave to this world. You left it a better place because of your unconditional love.

I met Emily when she was around 6 years old. She was coming to try gymnastics at the gym I worked at in Prescott valley. Little did I know I would be her Coach for so many years to come and watch her grow and succeed as a gymnast and person. She was always so brave the daredevil the one to try something at gymnastics first that everyone else was scared of. Always wanting to try new things and always had a smile when doing it. Emily was such a bright light in our lives and she will be greatly missed but always remembered 🙏❤️Always

One of the best persons I have ever met. She was very nice to all the time when she worked at Alante. So sorry for the family and friends she left behind. 

Emilly was so beautiful inside and out. Meeting her has been one of the biggest highlights of my life. I will miss our 1-2 hour long FaceTimes just talking about everything and anything. She became one of my best friends. 

To my big sister,

You were so adventurous and I admired that so much about you. Always doing new things, craving and seeking adventure, staying alone at a haunted house in Salem Massachusetts. You were insane in the best way and made everything so much more fun. I can’t imagine what life is going to be like without you, or who is going to tell me childhood memories that I don’t remember, or who I can call when I’m fighting with mom. I am so sorry that whatever you were missing in life, I couldn’t give to you, or figure out what is even was that you were missing. I wish so many things happened differently, but you don’t have to fake it anymore. You don’t need to pretend to be happy for everyone else, please be at peace. I love you forever sister ❤️

I worked with Emilly at Alante at the Islands. It was my first leasing position and her first time as a manager. We clicked right away and bonded over our love of Friends (the tv show) and spiritual and energy work. She was so amazing to work with. Our work relationship turned into a friendship, and even when I moved across the country we still kept in touch. She was a ray of sunshine and a unicorn in this world. I love and miss her, but she will live on in memories. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and her two sweet babies. 

Emilly was many things, but my favorite was how adventurous she was. 

One of my favorite moments was her with was a trip we took - we decided to do a 10 miles kayak around horseshoe bend.

I remember telling her we had to go so fast in the beginning so we could coast the rest of the way back… 5 miles in, and we were exhausted. 

The last couple of miles were absolutely brutal, but we finished it together.  We got back into the car and sang 10,000 emerald pools as loud as we could, looking at each other in the eyes, feeling all empowered. 

Adventures won’t be the same without you, but I know you’ll always be there with me in spirit.

I am so sorry for your loss . My condolence to you and your family sweetie. There are no words to express the grief we go through..  such a devastating situation. I may not have known Emily as well as you 😢. Via social media , pictures  and  some visits. But I do know life and death.  The pain and suffering of losing a love one I wasn’t ready to say good bye , as Im sure the same is true with you, The unexpected pain from losing a loved one, Nothing I can say will help heal your broken heart sweetie, ONLY TIME. and the memories of your sister that will help carry  you thorough. I pray that God will surround you, your mom, your dad, and all those near and dear to Emily through  this difficult time and bring peace, comfort as you walk through this journey. My heart breaks for you and your family 💔💔💔

Whether it was Jerome, Sedona, some random place in the woods, it didn't matter, we were always on our way somewhere. With the cranberries or rebelution on repeat. 

I certainly didn’t imagine writing the words ‘were’ in reference to you, Emilly… but here we are.  

The love people have for you is endless, and when that happens, at least for me, I’m reminded to really fight for what I want out of life. 

I remember kidnapping you freshman year when you made the cheer team (that can’t still be happening… right?) and we clicked right away.  I imagine you had that ability with most people you met, and perhaps the more shine you gave to people, the less bright you felt… 

I was fortunate enough to reconnect with you over a decade later when you and my sister became best friends… getting drunk and performing the PHS fight song in my kitchen was a real highlight, along with the early morning spiritual chat and tarot readings.  

I thank you for being so giving to everyone around you - you made experiences spontaneous, fun, and most importantly, special. 

Give Dustin and Anthony a big hug and crush them in a game of flip cup… two against one?… you got this. 

Emilly, I miss you and I love you.  Your spirit will live on with everyone that you connected with... and there are many!  We will always celebrate you and remember you always.  I appreciate the person you were in my life.. thank you for being you.

Grateful to have shared over a decade of memories with this wild child. I will remember her forever. 

Emilly and I met through coaching gymnastics quite a few years back and ever since then, she’s been the best person I’ve ever known and friend that I could’ve ever asked for. Her smile could light up any room, and she touched the lives of everyone she came into contact with. I love you so much, Emilly. Rest easy, angel.

When I heard the news of Emilly’s passing, my heart broke in a way that transcends time. Vivid memories of awkward middle/high-school years flooded me as I began to grieve bitterly for the loss of a girl who touched my soul. Emilly was the type of friend you could never forget, nor minimize. I could not help but take the long way home on my drive from town, stopping by the middle school where I met her. I wept in the parking lot for a long, bitter time. In the midst of my tears, I could not help but to thank Emilly for being a beacon of hope in the life of the awkward teen I once was. In a time where I felt marginalized and lacked much confidence, this beautiful girl reached out to me and became one of the best friends I had known. An innocent love existed between us, and and a friendship that impacted me and changed the course of my life. Those memories are precious to me, and have never faded. In my heart and in my soul, they will never be forgotten. A spirit like hers, and a smile like that, never weakens with time or distance. I believe that Emilly lives on. Beyond and above the numerous hearts she lives in, I believe that her spirit awaits her loved ones beyond the veil, and that her despair is no more. It is my humble prayer to God the Father that the story of Emilly O’Reilly is still being written, and that one day we will all see her again in a place where there is no more pain, and where the depth and color of the beautiful soul I once knew is not inhibited by this cruel world and all it’s suffering. I love you, Emilly. May God bless your family at this unspeakably challenging time.

I was blessed to coach Emilly when she was young. She had spirit that is hard to describe, impossible to contain, and so much fun to watch grow.

She had a beautiful soul and we are all better for having known her, but lesser for having lost her.
