81, of Phoenix, AZ passed on June 24, 2012. Services will be held at Green Acres Mortuary on Friday June 29, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at 401 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257. Jerry will be laid to rest at Green Acres Cemetery next to his Mother Naomi and his Father Roy R Piper. His granddaughter Lindsay is also there. All are welcome. Jerry passed away after visiting with 2 of his grandsons and their wife/fiance and with all three of his children by video chat.
