Stephens, Judith Kay 72 of Phoenix, AZ passed away on April 20, 2016. She was born in Xenia, IL on July 12, 1943 to Wanda (Taylor) Welty she was later adopted by Lawrence Welty. Both of her parents preceded Judith in death. Judith was a loving mother, homemaker, and an active member within her church. Judith is survived by her husband, Robert, son David (Kim) Stephens, daughters Kimberly (Matt) Ramsey, Shelley (Justin) Parker, Sandra (Rob) Krause, Carrie (Steve) Davies, brother Philip (Karen) Welty, sister Diana (David) Shenefield, and 14 grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 26th at 10:00 am at Green Acres Mortuary 401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ.
