June Berryman Talbot

Born in Baltimore, Maryland on Sept. 8 1925, June Berryman Talbot, 92, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018. June was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Garvin Wayne Talbot, who passed away on July 18, 1999. She is survived by their children Ronlyn Sunderman, Georgia Talbot, Marcia Smith, Berryman (Skip) Talbot, and Michael Talbot; 8 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. As a preschool teacher at Creighton United Methodist Church for more than 20 years, June touched the hearts of many and will be greatly missed by both family and friends. A Memorial Service, in June's honor, will be held Friday, May 25, 2018 11:00 am at Green Acres Chapel of Light (401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257). In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Hospice of the Valley (1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, AZ 85014, 602-530-6900).
