Very sad to hear of Uncle Lenny’s passing. Uncle Lenny was a great man and loved telling everyone the story of when I almost got him into a fight at Bush Gardens in Florida when we were in line to ride a roller coaster. It’s a funny story and every time he told it I think the other guy in the story grew bigger and bigger… lol but the story sure made him laugh each time he told it and that’s all that counts. Uncle Lenny and Aunt Joyce always welcomed our family into their home when we were able to visit them in Arizona. We will surely miss having him around and send our love and condolences to everyone.

Uncle Lenny was a great uncle.  He loved his family more than anything else in the world.
He loved all his nieces and nephews.  I remember when we were young we thought how cute is Uncle Lenny.  One time when we were visiting Grandma in Brooklyn we went to Coney Island.  Uncle Lenny came.  I was too scared to go on the bigger rides but Mary went with him.  Uncle Lenny and Aunt Joyce always had their door open for all.  Tommy and I will miss you.  We will call Aunt Joyce often to check in on her.   Love Kathy and Tommy

Condolences to all of the family.  He will be deeply missed.  There are so many memories going though my head. Be little  and going to steeple Chase on the horse racing ride with Uncle lenny. Visiting you all  in the house in Syosset. We really enjoy seeing Uncle lenny and Aunt Joyce  in there home in Arizona.   I wish we could have had more time together as we got older. Forever in our hearts.

I remember all our conversations and advice. He especially shared a love for photography always sharing pictures and creativity. He will be missed by all who knew him. I have so many fond memories of my uncle I don’t know where to begin. When I was a kid we would go to Coney Island together and he would take me on all the rides my parents didn’t want to go on. When I was married with children he went on the rides with them that I no longer wanted to go on. I loved our long talks about the family history I never knew and his love for all the family always came through. He knew how blessed he was in his life and with his family and never took that for granted. He was generous and caring and will be missed greatly. My heart goes out to Aunt Joyce and all his family. Love you all and praying for comfort and healing.

Uncle Lenny had a big personality. He loved so much and had a special way to make whoever he was with feel as though he was just thrilled to be spending time with them. He was never too busy whenever my kids had a question about their Jewish heritage. In fact, he was proud to be the official go to of all things Jewish in our family. He loved so much that there was never a time we ever doubted his love. He will be missed dearly. 
One of my favorite memories of Uncle Len is; when he brought my youngest to Chuck E Cheese and rode on the virtual motorcycle race vs. him. It was in those moments I didn't just see my kind and caring Uncle,  but I saw my mother's fun loving and silly little brother. He was truly an amazing man.
His love for everyone ran deep, but none as deeply as his own family. He loved his wife Joyce, children David and Jack, daughter in laws Stephanie and Jackie, and especially his grandchildren Matthew and Claire more than anything. Every phone call would include conversations about them and he would always beam with pride as he spoke. My heart goes out to them all as we all grieve the loss of Uncle Lenny, none are grieving as much as them.

We were business partners at the beginning when my Karen and I moved from New York to Albuquerque. Quickly we became close friends. I had an opportunity to fly around New Mexico many times with Lenny and will always cherish those Saturday nights Lenny, Joyce, Bill, Mariam, Karen and I spent together. 

Lenny was a great pilot and taught me some basics about   private aircraft. We always had a great time together and I will miss his jokes and smile.

Uncle Len, you will be sourly  missed.  The world was a better place with you in it.  Your love and kindness and generosity  towards your extended family was always unmatched. Thank you for being such a great Uncle to myself and my children. You made us  feel special and important.  Heavens gain is our loss.
