Marian L. Goodman was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and faithful Christian. Born with a heart full of love and unwavering faith, Marian married George R. Goodman on September 10, 1960, in Spokane, Washington.
The couple began their life together in Tacoma, Washington, later moving to Scottsdale, Arizona, where they raised their four daughters: Joyan Lynne, Gaye Louise, Colleen Kay, and Denise Ann. She has now returned to her heavenly home to be with her Lord Jesus Christ and to serve as our angel above.
After 18 wonderful years in Arizona, Marian and George relocated to Memphis, Tennessee, where George pursued his career with Northwest Airlines. After 16 years in Tennessee, they returned to Scottsdale, Arizona, to enjoy their retirement together, embracing the beauty of the desert that had long felt like home.

She is survived by her three daughters: Joyan Goodman, Gaye Butcher, and Denise Stringer; her four grandchildren: Christopher McKnett, Douglas Butcher and Madison Butcher, and Rhianna Stringer; and her two great-grandchildren: Chandler McKnett and Charleigh McKnett.
