

Born in Paterson, New Jersey in 1933 Norma eventually made her way west, settling in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she spent most of her life. She was the beloved wife of the late William Irving, her partner in life and love for an incredible 72 years. Their marriage was filled with laughter, devotion, and quiet strength. A bond that inspired everyone who knew them.
Norma had a long and fulfilling career in banking, working for both First Interstate Bank and Wells Fargo. Known for her steady presence, friendly smile, and attention to detail, she built lasting relationships with colleagues and customers alike. She retired in 1993, leaving behind not just a career, but a community that valued and respected her deeply.
What mattered most to Norma was family. She was a devoted mother of two sons, a proud grandmother to two grandsons and one granddaughter, and a delighted great-grandmothers to two young great-grandsons. She loved nothing more than sharing a story, a laugh, or a quiet moment with the people she cared about.
Norma will be remembered for her unwavering commitment to family, her gentle wisdom, and a life well-lived.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to a charity of your choice in Norma's memory.
She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
