Born in California on January 16th 1958, and living the majority of her life in Arizona, Vicky passed away in Phoenix, AZ on March 18th 2018 at the age of 60 years old.

She Graduated from Coronado High School in Scottsdale in 1976 and later became a Respiratory Therapist and worked in the medical field until the birth of her youngest sons in 1992.

She is survived by her parents Ben and Nancy Costabile, Sisters Patty Robles and Lisa Allison, her brother Tony Costabile, and her sons Nicholas, Kevin, and Patrick DeVaney and her large and loving extended family. Services will be held, in Vicky's honor, at Green Acres Chapel of Light (401 N. Hayden Rd. Scottsdale, AZ 85257) Thursday, March 29, 2018 Visitation at 1:00 pm, Funeral Service at 2:00 pm with Burial at Green Acres Cemetery.
