Zina, we all will miss you greatly!  My mom will be up there for you to make sure that your hair is done up the way you love, please tell her hello for me!  Our hearts go out to your family...

I light this candle for you today in honor of your birthday. You are missed and hearts are heavy. Your diagnosis was not good and yet you vowed to fight, sadly the disease turned out to be stronger.  There is an ease in my pain knowing that you "felt safe, felt comfort and were not afraid to meet my Lord". I had always said you were mom's friend, but realized in latter  years that you had become my friend as well. So, thank you for your friendship and for loving my family...tears are still falling and I miss you.Zina, my friend, "You did more than your share" & "I'll see you when I see you,another time another place, go in peace"

Zina, While we did not see each other for many years, I remember fondly the family get togethers we had and the support you gave in friendship with your cousin, my mom, Alice.  You have moved on to a better place and may you enjoy peace and love in eternity.

Mom, I know you are now in a better place, no longer in any pain, you are now with Bob, Grandma and Grandpa, etc. You can now have you Gin and seltzer. I am so happy we had a chance to be back in each others lives even though it was too short. I hope that you are at peace and able to breathe freely!

Zina I will never forget my first taste of artichokes, made by you.  You will be missed.  Prayers for you, Esther & the kids.  No more pain, you can rest now.

Zina, dear friend, I will miss you.  We lost touch after we both married - when you're young you don't think about the future and the friends along the way that were meaningful to you.  You were the one who told me that Lyle and I would be married - very prophetic of you. And now, a short few weeks after I found you again, thanks to Esther being on the computer, I had to say goodbye.  All those years apart did not change who we were as young women, and now coming together as adults dissolved all the years in between.  We spent so much time together - at school, and at work.  I spent almost every weekend at your home in Oak Park with your Mom and Dad and David.  And on vacations to South Haven, Michigan.  Those are precious memories for me and I wanted so much to share more of our lives now, but God had a different plan in mind.  You left on your new journey the same day that your beloved husband, Bob, left on his journey, only years earlier.  I can only hope and pray that you are once again the carefree girl that I knew, enjoying your beloved and others once again.  And now I pray that Esther and her children are comforted, knowing that you are out of pain and breathing easily.  May your smiling eyes be what everyone remembers, until the time when we get to see you again.  In the meantime I will stay in touch with Esther and the kids.  Maybe I can surprise them with some of your antics!     Rest easy, my friend, you will always be in my heart.

It was an honor to know this great lady.  She will be missed by all who have known her.

I worked with Zina for a very short while, but loved her dearly!  She was a Mother to all of us and will be missed.  Thoughts and prayers to Zina's family and friends.

I also worked with Zina for many years at Motorola and GD, We spent many a smoke break and lunch together.  You will be greatly missed by all.  She was a great loving and giving friend.

I worked with Zina for many years at Motorola. I considered her a true and caring friend.  Her personal stories about her life gave all of us insight into her lovely spirit as well as her perserverence and courage. She will be greatly missed by many people who knew her.  The world has lost a wonderful woman. Our loss is truly heaven's gain. I'm certain she now rests surrounded by her loving family and friends in a better place. I extend my sympathy to her family.

Zina and I worked at Motorola and she was a wonderful person.  We worked in the secretarial field and was able to get to know each other.  My prayers and sympathy go out to the family of Zina.

May "the peace of God that excels all thought guard your hearts" and comfort you at this time. (Phi. 4:7)

Zina, you will be missed by your family and friends. I remember Mom (Leone) and you at the pool with your Bloody Mary's  having such a great time and at the fun fairs working the crown and helping all of the little ones have a great time. Thanks for being such a wonderful women!
