Con profundo amor y tristeza, la familia Anaya comunica el fallecimiento de Adriana Anaya Loya, nacida el 25 de marzo de 1939 en Jutacato, Michoacán, México. Adriana vivió la mayor parte de su vida en el campo, rodeada de naturaleza, tradiciones y el cariño de su familia.

A los 16 años contrajo matrimonio con Francisco Anaya, con quien compartió una vida llena de amor, sacrificio y fortaleza. Juntos formaron una gran familia, siendo padres de catorce hijos, a quienes crió con ternura, disciplina y un amor incondicional.

Adriana fue conocida por su manera única de cocinar. Sus tamales nejos, mole, tortillas calientes, arroz rojo y morisqueta con leche eran el corazón de cada reunión familiar. En su cocina siempre se respiraba el aroma del amor y la unión.

Sus hijos recuerdan con cariño las idas al canal a lavar ropa —que se convertían en juegos y risas— y el olor a comida casera que los recibía al regresar de la escuela. “Estar con mamá era lo mejor del mundo. Tenerte, mamá, era tenerlo todo.”

Era una mujer trabajadora, de fe profunda, que enfrentó la vida con dignidad y esperanza. Su corazón generoso y su espíritu alegre tocaron la vida de todos los que la conocieron.

With deep love and sorrow, the Anaya family announces the passing of Adriana Anaya Loya, born on March 25, 1939, in Jutacato, Michoacán, Mexico. Adriana spent most of her life in the countryside, surrounded by nature, tradition, and the warmth of her family.

At the age of sixteen, she married Francisco Anaya, with whom she shared a life filled with love, sacrifice, and strength. Together they raised fourteen children, whom she nurtured with tenderness, discipline, and unconditional love.

Adriana was known for her unique way of cooking. Her tamales nejos, mole, warm tortillas, red rice, and morisqueta con leche were the heart of every family gathering. In her kitchen, one could always feel the aroma of love and unity.

Her children fondly remember the days spent washing clothes by the canal — which became moments of laughter and play — and the comforting smell of homemade food welcoming them home from school. “Being with Mom was the best thing in the world. Having you, Mom, meant having everything.”
