Chad was the first person of color I ever met in my life. I met him at Betz elementary in Cheney, WA. The way he was always so nice to me in those days helped form a positive image in my mind that lasts to this day. I will greatly miss his sense of humor, posts on Facebook and our sporadic conversations by text. I wish I would have made it to Seattle for a visit, but I thought there would be more time. Prayers of comfort for his family. So glad Chante and Arlene are my friends on Facebook hugs to you both.

I just wanted to say our condolences For the lost of Chad flamer.  Chantae Nick and Dominick  And the rest of the family. You are in our thoughts and prayers.  I know your dad is looking down on all of you Soaring high above the clouds. I just want him to know we love his daughter and grandbaby Dominick forever and always. Love the Boyd family.

My baby brother.  I remember when he was brought home of the hospital.  I have been there for him ever since.  I will miss him so much.

I never knew he was born in Germany until now, like our first born. Chad was an interesting guy with an interesting life. I was always happy he brought our firstborn grandchild, Chantae into our life. I'm sure he is finding peace and happiness in God's arms now. Bless you, Chad, for a life well lived...

Chad and I were classmates in 9th grade at Cheney Jr. High. I was there for that school year only as my family returned to Arizona. His passing came as a complete shock. I knew he had a daughter, and it makes me sad all the responsibility surrounding this tragic event falls onto her. My deepest, heartfelt condolences.

So thankful that God brought us together.  I will always love you my twin soul.  Thank you for sharing your family with me.

Chad and I met in school and wound up great friends,  roommates,  and he was such a loyal loving friend my heart aches he is gone. His mom used to keep me in line and Chad kept all my secrets.  We hung out, told jokes, laughed at our stupidity,  and shared time just being together. Chad played with my  son Jr and was there when he took his first steps. We shared a unique friendship that I hold dear to my heart.  Chad and I shared our struggles and we loved each other as best friends. I remember the day he told me he was going to have Chantae, I was so excited for him. He was a great dad and loved his daughter . Sadly he moved to Seattle.  He was supposed to come see me the week before he passed  but Chad being who he is, thought it was too late to stop by. My heart breaks he didn't  come by for now i cannot tell him one last time,  I love you my friend.  I will miss you dearly my sweet, funny, loyal friend and I will always remember you with a fondness you and I only knew . 💖
