After graduating high school, he joined the Air Force. After his enlistment he met his wife, Donna Rebecca Rice. They had two sons, Michael James and Lance Adam. The three of them moved to Seattle and lived with “Gram” after the divorce. He worked in the automotive parts arena for the next 3 decades. After retirement he became a full-time “Granddad” of holidays, birthdays, sporting events, and afterschool sitting. He loved betting on the horses, watching sports and playing games with his family.
He is survived by his sister, Lorraine Johnstone; his son, Lance (Lisa) McIntosh; Grandchildren: Adam (Aimee) McIntosh, Amanda (Casey) Russell, Alesha (Joe) Swart, Aaron Richard McIntosh; Great-granddaughters, Aspen & Bryn.
He will be missed and always remembered as “Granddad.”
