Ty was a generous and caring father whose love for his family was evident in everything he did. He had a natural gift for humor and could always be counted on to make people laugh. Whether through a quick joke, a playful comment, or simply his presence, Ty brought lightness to those around him.
Above all else, he loved his children. His sons, Tyrus Gilbertson Jr., Riley Gilbertson, and Tyson Gilbertson, and his daughters, Jessica Cicardini and Corinne Gilbertson, were the center of his world and his greatest pride. He also cherished his role as Grandpa to Faith and Erick Jr., who brought him so much joy.
Ty is survived by his children; his father, Lee Gilbertson; his sister, Angie Wilson; his nieces, Jestine and Jenessa; his beloved grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.
